FROM HOMELESS TO
HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS
Former residents Larry and Bev in
their new home. Larry says, "My
family might not even be together
if it wasn't for Cross Roads."

Throughout the year, we send this e-newsletter to share resident stories with you and keep you up to date on shelter activities.

This month we are sharing the story of Larry, Bev, and their two children, who were residents at Cross Roads House for about a year. The supportive services provided by Cross Roads House helped this family stabilize and successfully move forward into permanent housing in September. This year Bev and Larry's family will be spending the holidays in their own home.

As the holidays approach, we would like to thank you for your support of Cross Roads House, and ask for your continued help. Donations from the community comprise nearly three quarters of the funding Cross Roads House needs to provide shelter, food, and supportive services to families and individuals experiencing homelessness in the seacoast area.

Some of you may have received a letter in the mail or a copy of our printed newsletter asking for your support. To the many of you who have already responded by making a donation, we would like to say "Thank you!"

If you have not yet made a donation, please consider making a tax deductible gift before the end of the year. You can donate online , or mail a check made out to Cross Roads House to: 600 Lafayette Rd, Portsmouth, NH 03801

With your help, Cross Roads House can continue to help people like Bev and Larry get back on their feet and obtain permanent housing.
