"Thank You Veterans"

"A Blessing to Serve" is pleased to announce the second annual "Thank You Veterans" program and reception on Mon. Nov. 11, 2013 at Chapel Hill Pres. Church Gathering Place from 2:00-3:00pm.  

We are asking donations for Race For A Soldier for their 2014 budget, prayer breakfast, golf tournament & race. Leslie Mayne, the founder of Race For A Soldier, will be the featured speaker, along with color guard, patriotic music, time to hear from the veterans, presentation of a gift and reception. 

Janet is asking for businesses or families from the Chamber and community to sponsor a table for $100.00 that will seat 10. There is also an opportunity if you love the veterans even more to be a Patriot Sponsor for $250.00 or a Heroes Sponsor for $500.00. Each sponsorship will have their business or family name on the table & be listed in the program. Patriot and Heroes Sponsors will have additional logos in the program & newspaper. We will decorate the tables & just ask each sponsor to bring a least 1 or more framed photo of a veteran family member or friend or current military active duty to place on the table. Schools are closed so children are welcome. 

Tickets are free & will be available at the Chamber and retirement communities in GH. Please plan to attend, invite your veteran families & neighbors from GH, Olalla, Port Orchard & Tacoma or out of town guests. Pick up your tickets early starting on Oct. 10, as we expect 200+.
