AMBASSADOR OF THE MONTH: Kristin Grose
CONGRATS TO THE APRIL AMBASSADOR OF THE MONTH
Representing a client's needs with regard to their real estate investments is the fulfillment of a decades-long dream. My experience as a commercial contractor for 20+ years, an exciting and high-risk industry prepared me for an ever-changing situation environment. ASP staging credentials were earned after realizing I had actually staged my whole life! And finally, the CMPS lending designation is vital in helping clarify that part of your transaction. My list of preferred referral partners - from inspectors to investors - is at your disposal to assist us in making your first-time journey or your tenth through the transaction process a good experience.
Additionally, having sat on the other side of the table myself multiple times negotiating real estate contracts gives me a unique perspective from which to negotiate in my client's best interest. I would be honored and delighted to make your real estate planning my first priority so your transactions, either selling or buying, position you well both fiscally and with respect to Puget Sound's unparalleled lifestyle.

WEBSITE UPDATE
Are You Maximizing Your Profile?
In last week's Snapshot we discussed categories within your profile. Hopefully you have made the changes to your profile so visitors to our website can quickly and easily find your business. The topic from last week raises another important question, are you maximizing all of the tools available within profile? Did you know you are able to upload a video to your profile? This video can inform visitors about your business, the services you offer, or highlight a special promotion for the month. The profiles add visual impact and will draw potential customers to your business. Consumers like to have a general feeling of what to expect when they come into your business and your video profile is the perfect place to provide this to them.
What you need to do:
- Video yourself at your place of business
- Upload the video to YouTube
- Copy the URL code and paste into the area on your profile that says Enter your video URL here...
- Click update
To see an example video check our Tracy Patton our Membership Service Representatives video profile or Jamie Taylor our Marketing Specialist video profile.
