SPOTLIGHT: Peninsula High School
 The Peninsula High School Volunteer Parent Organization auction will be held on Saturday March 2, 2013 at Canterwood Golf and Country Club.
The VPO is a group of parent volunteers serving the needs of PHS students and staff. Our primary goal is to help provide resources and tools for our school in order to help our children succeed. We identified the Peninsula High School auditorium in need of major repairs and renovations. This highly utilized facility is shared with the entire Peninsula School District and countless members of our community. The furniture and interior have not been updated in over 40 years. The technology has been patched together in order to stay compliant with today's audio visual standards. We are dedicating this fundraiser to the Auditorium Renovation Project.
There are many ways you can help whereby we welcome your contributions and volunteer time. We also appreciate help in identifying businesses that would be interested in assisting with this project either by providing funds or by donating goods and services.

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
If you haven't seen our website lately please sign on and check it out! We have a new layout designed to make it easier to navigate around the site, and have moved to a responsive design template which means that the site works on any platform, mobile, handheld, smartphone or tablet. We are now also integrating the use of video on our website. This is exciting because every time we make an improvement it means that you our members have additional capabilities or enhancements for use. The goal of videoing members and events has been on our "to do" list for a number of months and thanks to the hard work of Alan Jones and Blythe Price it is now a reality. Enjoy the new look and feel of the site and start thinking of ways to put the video capability to use for your business.
