Annual Cleanings Just Around The Corner!
 First there's Thanksgiving, then there's Christmas (although the retail stores would have you believe it's closer than you think). THEN it's time for your water feature's annual cleaning! The Early Bird Special sign-up forms will be going out the middle of this month, with a deadline for December 15th. Keep an eye out, and if you don't receive a form by December 1st, please let us know! We will be sending them out electronically for the most part, so check those spam filters. Don't fret, though, if you miss the special, or if you need a specific day/time appointment, you can still sign up at any time, and we'll include that link in next month's newsletter.
As always, we will be hosting a FREE DIY annual cleaning workshop at Harper's Nursery, 2529 N. Hayden Rd., in Scottsdale, from 10:00 a.m. to noon, on Saturday, February 15, 2014. Mark your calendar if you'd like to learn how to do the cleaning yourself, if you have some questions you'd like to get answered, or if you just enjoy watching Paul host a seminar. There may even be a spare plant cutting or two for you to take home after class. No registration required, just show up.

2014 Brings Some Changes
We hate to do it, but due to supplier increases, as well as gas, insurance, etc., etc., etc., it will be necessary for us to undergo a price increase, as well. Installation pricing will go up between 10 and 20 percent. As of January 1, 2014, service calls will be charged at $95 for the first half hour, and $95 per hour thereafter. Fortunately, most issues are minor and can be handled within an hour visit.
If you're interested in a regular maintenance program, now would be a good time to sign up! You can enroll easily at any time. We have plans to cover customers who want to do a little, a little more, or not a bloody thing.
