The Guest Portal allows guests to login using their name and reservation number and make a payment on their reservation. Guests can view their payment, unit and reservation details.
Provide your guests with access to the portal by publishing a link on your website or supply the link in their confirmation. Guests can click on the link and complete their payment for the reservation online 24 hours a day.
The only requirement for this convenient addition to RMS is that you have integrated credit card processing and our RMS LIVE Connector. The RMS LIVE Connector is software technology we set up in your RMS that is vital to integrating with most of our Add-on modules. Once you have it, you are on your way to getting connected to all of our mobile tools!
