As of Update 4/29/14 , the Departure Listing Report
will display the arrival date . It is an excellent report to use for check-out purposes or to determine cleaning schedules.
Options on the Departure Listing Report:
- Do you want to include reservations from the current file, archived or both?
- How would you like to sort the report?by section, last name of guest or unit?
- Do you want to include the balance owed?
- Which reservations do you want to include? A,B,C, CY, D, or ALL?
- Would you like to print notes? Which notes?
- Would you like to print number of adults and children?
- Would you like to print check-in info?
