The 1099s are created to supply financial information about the transactions you have conducted for Owners or with Vendors in the previous tax year.  RMS can assist you in reporting the information to the IRS as well as supply a copy to your owners.


Many Owners like to receive a copy of the Unit Totals Detail Report along with their 1099.
