Still Want to Print? You can still print letters from Reservation View!
If you use Non Processed Reporting and still need to print and mail letters to some guests, you can! RMS will print letters for any guest whose primary method of contact is set to Post Office. |
New Auto Correspondence
Automatic Correspondence in RMS allows you to send confirmation letters immediately to the guest via email when the reservation is updated. You can also send Owner Notifications when a reservation is booked and a Confirmation of Payments Received when any payment is posted.
Before you turn on Auto Correspondence your system must have a letter to send and the guest or recipient must have email as the primary method of contact.
To set up automatic correspondence you need to got to Files>Control File>Nonprocessed Report Controls.
