Dog Permits & Collars are available atTown Hall. 2016 permits and collars are available now!

All owners must obtain a Town issued dog permit and colored collar for the dogs to wear while on the Island.

Annual Fire Station Holiday Lighting

Make plans to join your neighbors at this perennial holiday favorite.  Wando High School Chorus has confirmed participation this year!  Parking will be at a premium due to new Town Hall/Police Station construction. We encourage you to bike or walk to the event.

Traffic Note: Middle Street between Stations 22 and 20 1/2 will be closed for this event.  Thank you for obeying all detour signs, and, patrol officer instructions.

Christmas/New Year's Holiday: Town Services

Town Hall offices will close in observance of the Christmas and New Year's Holidays:

Friday, January 1st

All offices will re-open for regular business at 8:00AM on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 and Monday, January 4, 2016

Essential services remain available and these departments will be fully staffed over the holiday

Shopping:  Remember to lock your
vehicle, have your keys ready when
you leave a store for the parking lot,
stow your purchases in your locked trunk but do not store your gifts in the trunk for the whole season. 
 
Identity Protection: Guard your identity by being mindful
of your credit and debit card purchases.  Shield the card kiosk keypad when keying in your PIN number.
