Town Council and Staff wish for you a happy and safe New Year.  The Commercial District will hold the Polar Bear Plunge tomorrow.  Thank you for using caution as you navigate the commercial district and obey police traffic directions. Your next Town Council meeting is Monday, January 5th and remember to cast your ballot in the special (mayoral) election on Tuesday, January 6th.  Please visit the Town's website for more news and information.

2015 Dog Permits & Collars at Town Hall

 

All dogs require Town issued permit tags to be worn when visiting the Island.  Dogs should wear the permit tag on Town issued color collars while on Island.  Permit tags and collars are available at Town Hall (2050-B Middle Street) Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM

The National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) has issued information on potential premium refunds due to the modification of Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012.

*Note:  Special date this year - 1st Saturday, not 2nd Saturday.  SI Fire & Rescue strives to keep ticket prices low, with no increase in years despite rising costs.  This year there is a slight price increase ($5/each).  Remember:  All proceeds are used to support the SI Fire & Rescue Squad.
