Cooler weather, earlier sunset hours, quieter beaches and marsh grass turning golden: that means Fall on Sullivan's Island. November is a month of celebration and thanks, for the veterans who have and continue to keep us safe and free, and, for family, friends and turkey dinner! Please take some time during this busy month to participate in the design process for the New Town Hall, Police Station and Park Improvement project. We need your voice! TOWN ISSUES RFQ: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMR) SERVICES

While the community moves through the design of the new Town Hall, Police Station and Stith Park improvement project, the Town seeks to bring on-board a construction firm to provide construction information and expertise to the process.

Request for Qualifications:

October 23 - November 12, 2013

Bid deadline: (5:00PM) Tuesday, November 12, 2013

at Town Hall (ATTN: Lisa Darrow, 843-883-5744)

In mid-late November, Town plans to move toward review, interview and selection of CMR services consultant.

Veteran's Day-Town Holiday Notes

Veteran's Day: Monday, November 11th

Town Hall offices will be closed in honor of Veteran's Day on Monday, November 11th, with all offices re-opening for regular business at 8AM on Tuesday, November 12th.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Town Hall offices will be closed for Thanksgiving Thursday-Friday, November 28-29th, with all offices re-opening for regular business at 8AM on Monday, December 2, 2013.
