For those of you who like it and celebrate with it, I hope you enjoy your Corned Beef on St. Patrick's Day. We grew up with Corned Beef on St. Patrick's Day in our house. I for one don't like it but I know so many who do. None in our house this year. Tim has a follow up procedure on Friday to make sure everything is going well so he can't eat on Thursday. Speaking of Tim.....
A Big Heartfelt "Thank You" to all our wonderful customers who sent Tim prayers and well wishes in January. He had to spend a week in the hospital but they managed to get him well without surgery! What a relief that was for all of us. What an outpouring of support. We can't even begin to express with words what that has meant to us!

     You may recall from January's Newsletter my youngest got flooded out of his home while we were in Georgia and lost just about everything he owned, most of which were irreplaceable collectibles. He's settling into his new place and working on accumulating all new junk to take the place of his lost treasures.
          We had a break in the weather so Tim was able to get outside last month to take a look at how his bees fared over the Winter.   He's very pleased with the survival rate of his hives and can't wait for Spring to work on them some more.
          Pam has been helping me out quite a bit with the phones.   You may not even notice the difference when you call because be both sound just about the same. Thank you for your patience when you call if you have a technical question.   She may have to give me a quick call while you are on the phone or get back to you with an answer.

With everything that's been going on I've been in survival mode and haven't had any time to work on new Inlay Designs. Hopefully things are settled down so I can get my creative juices flowing and come up with some new Ideas.

Tracey's Two Cents Worth

   I've had so many people ask about custom inlays. I feel very bad when I have to say no, I don't do custom inlays. I'm just not set up to handle the work load.
      I think when folks get an inlay that is all put together and rubber banded leaving just the gluing and turning, they get in their mind that I can just whip up a design in a few minutes and it's no big deal. Trust me....you probably would not believe the amount of time/cost it takes to get that little tiny design to work on a pen blank.
      It may be something I consider down the line but right now, I'm just not able to do it.

SpectraPly is on the comeback. A new production line as been added so us "little guys" can start getting orders again! It will take us awhile to build our supply back up to offer lots of colors and sizes but we will work at it!

I'm in the process of adding these colors to the drop down menu. If you don't see them yet they will be there by Tuesday. Not all colors will be available in all sizes right now
