        Merry Christmas to all!  We wish all of our customers and their families the very best!
       For those of you that have been with us for awhile, you know we close during Christmas so we can have family time and that involves travel.
       Here is the Holiday schedule:  We will be closed from December 22nd through December 28th.  We will resume operations on Tuesday December 29th. Orders placed up until 10:00pm Central time on December 21st will ship out on December 22nd.   Our site is open 24/7/365 so you can still place  your orders during this time.
            Now...for the Inlays: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: 
       Inlay orders that are received by 10:00pm Central Time on the 21st will be completed and shipped out on the 22nd.  Any inlay orders that come in after that time will be processed on a first in, first out basis beginning December 29th.    So they will begin shipping on the 30th.  If you need Inlay Blanks before the first of the New Year...ORDER SOON!!!
         It's a HUGE and stressful decision every year for me to make to close the business for a week.  I don't like to shut down, but family is extremely important to me and having both my sons together at Christmas always wins out in the end.   I may find someone as some point that I'll let touch my laser and let them handle things but those of you who purchase my Inlays know how picky I am.
      This is usually only time of the year both the primary (Me) and my backup (Ryan) are both out of the office.   We do have a wedding this summer so we'll be closed for just a couple of days but that's a 1/2 a year away!

Tracey's Two Cents Worth

     Ugh...shipping:
     Just another reminder, we are smack dab in the middle of busy season.  Please remember to add extra days to your deadlines to give yourself a safety net.   A couple of things can occur when things get busy.  It can take an extra day for us to get your order out if you have Rifle kits or Inlays and USPS can take extra time to deliver.          We do our best to get your orders out very quickly but there are days when we get an extremely high volume of the items we make and it can take a bit longer to get them out the door.  We are finding that 2-3 day Priority mail is turning in to 8-10 days priority mail.   We have found this to be especially true if we ship on Saturday.   Saturday's packages appear to be taking a cross country detour.  We think we are going to suspend Saturday shipping until things settle down.   We'll ship Monday-Friday to avoid this issue.  

     Please remember...if you call and get voice mail, I'm probably over at the laser getting inlays done, we don't have a dedicated person to sit and just do the phones.  Please leave a message and I will get back to you just as soon as possible.
 
      Speaking of Inlays...I just wanted to take a moment to Thank you from the bottom of my heart for honoring me by purchasing my inlays.  This has probably been my busiest year since I've started making them.  This holiday season whew....while working till 3:00am six days a week isn't my favorite thing to do, I'm so humbled by the fact that you continue to purchase them.    I know I get lots of requests and try to come up with new ones each month to keep your turning interesting.    Thank you again.

       We've had to set this project aside during our busy season.  We'll get back on it after the first of the year

Remember...if you see a PSI kit you'd like us to carry, drop me an email.   I keep track of the numbers of requests I get for kits and that's how I decide what to add to our regular stock.  If you need at least 5 of a kit, let me know, if it's available to dealers I may be able to save you some $ on it!
