         We had our first few chilly days thrown in with the 80 degree ones.  It was a nice change of pace.  I'll be glad when fly season is over for the year that is for sure.   Small drawback of living out in farm country.
       Roody continues to learn his place in the pack and we are reminded once again what it means to have a puppy in the house!   It's been a while since we had to worry about what was on the table, what doors are open or closed.  As you will see below, we have been officially reminded! 
         My how time flies...it seems like it was just a short while ago we were getting ready to travel to Georgia for our Grand Daughter's First Birthday.  I was still recovering from my second knee replacement so the trip was challenging.  Here we are getting ready to head out to celebrate her 2nd Birthday!  I just don't know how a year can go by that fast!

Tracey's Two Cents Worth
    We're getting to that busy time of year!  Please remember to add a few extra days to your deadlines to give yourself a safety net.   A couple of things can occur when things get busy.  It can take an extra day for us to get your order out if you have Rifle kits or Inlays and USPS can take an extra day or two.   We do our best to get your orders out very quickly but there are days when we get an extremely high volume of the items we make and it can take a bit longer to get them out the door.
 
      Another thing I just absolutely hate is when you have an issue with your order.   We do have checks and balances in place to prevent this, and I would love to say we're 100% perfect 100% of the time but that would be a lie.   From time to time we do makes errors on your orders.  Trust me, we'll make it right.   You don't have to spend alot of time composing an email or leaving a message that implies you mean business and will not be taken advantage of.  Your satisfaction means the world to us and I know I am personally disappointed when there is an issue, but we always have and always will strive to make it right.  Just leave a quick email or message and I'll get right back to you and we'll get squared away.  I know you have better things to do than deal with order issues.

         7mm Resin Miser Mold is in the works!
       Silicone Stoppers finally arrived so Tim can move forward with the 7mm Mold you've been asking for.  With the nub design it was just too fragile.  Now with the new design, we can make it happen
     
        White Powder Coated Pre-Cut Tubes for Monet and Bolt Action     
        Ryan Powder coats my Inlay tubes for me and I've had a few folks ask about White pre-cut Powder coated tubes.   I'm gonna run the numbers and we may offer these as a regular item.

Remember...if you see a PSI kit you'd like us to carry, drop me an email.   I keep track of the numbers of requests I get for kits and that's how I decide what to add to our regular stock.  If you need at least 5 of a kit, let me know, if it's available to dealers I may be able to save you some $ on it!
