Dog Days of Summer
This is a late Summer short/sweet Newsletter!

I can't believe how early the kids go back to school these days. I remember when Labor Day marked back to school. Now Summer is still going strong and the kiddos are back to the books.
Our trip to Georgia this month was busy busy busy. We built a play yard for our grand-daughters. Man oh man...what a ton of work. We had to dig out and even out a hill, build up a wall, create a border, cement in some swing posts and spread Two Tons of Mulch!

Paypal and the saga of the zip code! Some of you may have bumped up against an issue of a zip code error when trying to check out. We thought our shopping cart folks had patched this all up but in the name of protecting their customers Paypal says oh nay nay. When you are checking out and using Paypal the address that you fill in on our site must be an "EXACT" match to how you have your Paypal, right down to the structure of your zip code. You might not even realize that you have a +4 on your zip code in Paypal. If you do you must enter it that way when you are checking out otherwise, Paypal will block the transaction. When I say exact I mean exact. If you have a +4 it needs to be there, if you have a space, dash etc., it must be done that why on our site, if you have just the 5 digit code that's all you put. Make sure the way you structure your street address is an exact match too. On the one hand it can be frustrating but on the other hand you can't really begrudge the security measures to try and prevent fraud.

WHAT'S NEW!
With a trip to Conn., followed so close with a trip to Georgia I wasn't able to bring you any new inlays. I'm about 60% complete with the Navy Patches and putting the finishing touches on my next box. We ran into a little glitch with our Bolt Action kits. No Mechanical issues so don't worry about that. We do have them, give us a call if you would like to order some.

COMING SOON

Here is where the exciting news comes in. We are going to be introducing an additional line of pen kits from the folks at Berea Hardwoods. They have some unique items that will allow us to offer you an even greater range of choices for your pen making needs.

We should be able to make the final arrangements next week and hope to have the kits about a week after that!

They also tell us they have a detachable key chain kit that the bearings won't fall out of so we'll have those available again too!

Remember...if you see a PSI kit you'd like us to carry, drop me an email. I keep track of the numbers of requests I get for kits and that's how I decide what to

add to our regular stock. If you need at least 5 of a kit, let me know, if it's available to dealers I may be able to save you some $ on it!
