Here we are again with another year drawing to a close. The holidays are here and the Christmas spirit is moving through Advanced Web. In Minneapolis the holiday bake sale and ugly sweater contest are complete and the charity basket raffle has begun. In South Elgin the office is decorated and the holiday spirit is felt.
We give thanks to all of our customers for allowing us to serve them. We continue to strive to be the best provider of quality label and flexible packaging products. We focus on continually improving our service and quality model by the use of sophisticated quality systems and LEAN improvement processes. We measure and respond to every corrective and preventive action.
This is the culture at Advanced Web - baked in - full throttle drive to excellence. It is imbedded into the organization by consistent management and the buy in and participation of the employees on the floor and throughout the organization. I am new to Advanced Web, it is thrilling to be a part of it.
We continue to grow our business focusing on the Medical, Household, Food, Industrial/OEM, Health and Beauty and Specialty markets. Our customers are embracing our expanded and enhanced digital label offerings, product expertise, innovation, quality, on time delivery, supplier managed inventory programs and flexibility as thet add new or expanded product lines.
We continue to invest in technology, equipment and people. The October 2011 acquisition of our South Elgin, Illinois facility (US Converting) is going well and continues to focus on the implementation of the quality and LEAN programs in place in Minneapolis.
