Answer: Corporate Services is a term used to describe services that Tenant Reps provide to companies. These services include but is not limited to: acquiring office or warehouse space through lease or purchase, disposing of excess space through sublease or sale, alternate financing through a sale/leaseback, or consulting. The Corporate Services provider owes their loyalty solely to the company they represent.
