FEATURED VENDORS Spice Revolution

Spice Revolution

Owner: Linzi Fastiggi

Spice Revolution started with Linzi's love of food, chocolate and quality ingredients. Her mission is to showcase fresh exotic spices and make them available in quantities small and large, but chocolate has been her passion her whole life. She considers it an art form where she can express herself. Whether it's chocolate covered bacon, Earl Grey caramel candy bars or her signature Ptì Salé, each chocolate tells a story and expresses a sentiment, but at the end of the day it's all about flavor and balance. Her business has grown from a small 30 item brand to nearly 500 herbs, spices, chocolate, salts and specialty food items. For more info, please visit: www.spice-revolution.com

  Wave Hill Bread

Wave Hill Breads

Owners: Margaret Sapir and Mitch Rapoport

Wave Hill Breads was founded in Wilton, CT in 2005. After tasting great bread at a restaurant in Stowe, VT, Margaret & Mitch apprenticed themselves to the French baker. They began by making a crusty and chewy French Pain de Campagne, which was their only bread for the first five years and has since become their "signature" bread. Food critics Michael and Jane Stern called it, "The best bread on the East Coast."  They make it in various shapes including the batard, demi-baguette and wheat stalk-shaped epi. With their move to Norwalk in 2011, they introduced three additional breads: a Ciabatta (with Kalamata & Green Olives & Roasted Red Peppers), a Caramelized Garlic Country Loaf, and a Whole Grain Multi-Grain Boule, as well as authentic French pastries.
