Greeting!
The High Holy days are almost upon us, with all its delicious traditions: apples dipped in honey, round raisin challah, and unusual fruits (see below). Rosh Hashanah marks the start of the New Year and, as such, is an opportune time to reflect upon the events of the past year and our hopes for the coming one.
September also brings a new year of programming from the Jewish Alliance and our wonderful PJ Library Partners. Make sure to mark your calendars with the many different offerings around the state. In addition, check out our new and improved after school programming, now accepting children ages 4-12, and our Fall Class Guide. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. We wish you a year full of sweetness, good health, quality family time, and great Jewish stories.
L'Shanah Tovah!
