Hello,
You may be saying to yourself, this email looks nothing like GraceNotes and you would be correct! Over the next few weeks a new format will be unveiled and a new way of delivering information.
In the meantime, here is everything you need to know to get you from today until next Friday, when additional information will arrive:
Visit
www.graceec.org for service times. Click on the "Sunday Bulletin" button in the left-hand column for a preview of the 8 a.m., 10 a.m., and Noon service bulletins.
In the 10 a.m. bulletin you will find:
- the names of those we wish to keep in our prayers
- a list of service ministers
- upcoming event announcements
- names of those celebrating birthdays or anniversaries this week
- a stewardship snapshot from our treasurer
Other timely bitsParking
There will be no parking on the Carroll Street side of Grace from 6 a.m. Saturday morning (5/25) until 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon (5/26) due to the Madison Marathon. It will be a fun day on the Capitol Square. Come on out and cheer the runners on!
Then plan ahead for next Sunday, June 2nd, for the Capitol Square to be closed for Ride the Drive. Ride, walk, or roll into church!
Head to Oconomowoc on Sunday to help those in OklahomaOn Monday, May 27th, a semi-trailer will be leaving Zion with items donated for those suffering from the tornado in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We are inviting all those who wish to contribute to this cause to bring their donations to Zion on Sunday, May 26th, between noon and 5:00 PM (or call to make other arrangements). We hope you will join us in reaching out to our brothers and sisters in need.
