Happy Father's Day and Summer Solstice! As we open June, three planets continue the retrograde dance which makes for an interesting month! Breathe! :) Our resistance to change will be exposed during this month: socially, politically, and individually. We are being asked to release conflict and all that keeps us from living in cooperation. Part of the conflict that I speak of is internal - our authentic selves vs. the status quo. Despite outward appearances, our eyes are being opened to Truth. Collectively and individually, we are learning discernment at a soul level. It is through the interplay of opposites (Love and fear) that consciousness evolves and we learn to create Harmony. On a personal level, many of us are revisiting old wounds either by healing or by unconsciously re-enacting our wounds in new ways. Each opportunity we encounter dictates a choice. We have free will so can choose to either experience growth and self-understanding or delay the experience of our learning. A tip: Any area of our life that is emotionally charged will indicate where our life or beliefs requires a change. With so many teacher planets in play, those emotional charges will increase and become more uncomfortable until we address them. See Retrograde Influences for clarification.
Angel Guidance: - Connect with Mother Earth/ Nature/Life as you eliminate the unnecessary in your Life. Mother Earth reminds us that all seeds of physical manifestation began in the spiritual/emotional realm. Releasing a thing/person serves no purpose unless you first release/heal the behavior or belief that created it. - Our dream seeds, thoughts, and new awareness require time to take root just as we require time to gain clarity. New energy needs time to develop and build momentum.
All of Nature strives for Balance. Humanity is part of Nature so we are subject to these same laws on a personal and global level. Anything created from a solid foundation of Love & integrity will stand the test of time and continue to expand and grow. Engage in acts of healthy self-love. Current Retrograde Influences
Retrogrades offer us the time to look inward and review where we are headed. Because many of us are so focused on pushing and striving - we resist the gifts of the cycle. The reality is that the more we push or attempt to control situations - the more stress we create. Retrogrades are Divine Interventions before the next cycle of movement. They offer us time to review and heal beliefs and personal constructs that do not benefit us.
Saturn, Mar 25 - Aug 13: With Saturn in retrograde, many of us are faced with inconvenient truths about ourselves and the structures we have created around us. We are offered a chance to mature emotionally and spiritually so that we create consciously rather than through ego/fear. Saturn asks: In what ways do we need to take responsibility for our lives? Saturn encourages us to be teachable.
Mars, Apr 17 - Jun 29:
Mars in retrograde asks us in what ways do we make war against ourselves. How do we defeat ourselves and extinguish our dreams? Do we live in false pride or fear? He reminds us that the battle we make with others exists within us. These things will come up for resolution. Mars seeks for us to soften because what is rigid breaks.
Pluto, Apr 18 - Sept 26:
Pluto in retrograde asks us to confront the ways in which we leak our power, engage in power plays, and covet others energy or power. All of these are signs that we are not in our Soul Power. Pluto teaches us to own our Light and heal our shadow so that we may live in alignment.

Parting Thoughts!

I close this month's newsletter with this observation - we stand on the threshold of a new era, an opportunity to reclaim our Divine Potential. As we embrace and honor the sacredness of the Feminine and the blessings/gifts of the Masculine - a new Consciousness and way of Living can emerge. How we make use of this opportunity is contingent upon our willingness to shed centuries of emotional armor, our ability to forgive, and the degree that we are willing to participate in/work towards the expression of Love and Freedom that desires to express itself through our being.
I would like to share a passage from Kent Nerburn's Letters to My Son that captures the essence of the Divine Masculine. "We are born male. We must learn to be men. Remember, strength is a force. It is an attribute of the Heart. Its opposite is not weakness and fear, but confusion, lack of clarity, and lack of sound intention. If you are able to discern the path with Heart and follow it even when at the moment it seems wrong, then and only then are you strong. Remember the words of the Tao te Ching. "The only true strength is a strength that people do not fear." Strength based in force is a strength people fear. Strength based in Love is a strength people crave." The world requires this beautiful Wisdom, Now!
