Greetings!
 
As we look back on 2015, each of us are realizing that we have reached a critical turning point in understanding the conundrum of our Humanity.   Humans can be both absurdly stupid and astonishingly brilliant. We are capable of  great destruction, as well.  The truth we are learning is this:  Destruction is a malady born from spiritual ignorance of the self and the world. Its' roots are fear. Much is occurring in the world. I implore you to not judge it by what you see.  It is not the complete picture.  Each of us are capable of immense Beauty and Goodness. This is our True Nature. Humanity is hard-wired for Cooperation. The drive to nurture, to care for others, and to love is innate. Herein lies our real Power.  And, it seeks expression through us. This is not conjecture but  the truth of our humanity.  This truth has been systematically  dismantled by those seeking to gain false power for the last 5,000 years.
 
2015  has shaken the foundations of the stories we have been living. I offer a simplified version of the story that much of humanity has been fed by the few in false power: It goes like this:  Each of us are separate from one another. Note: This  premise feeds an us/them mentality and lends well to control and fear-mongering. It is human nature to be competitive. Greed is good. Our ability to be free and to consume more (defined as successful) is contingent upon forceful leadership,  free and unregulated markets, militarized police, and  global military dominance. We were led to believe that this "patriarchal machine" built by the few serves the good of the many.  Not so much!
              
There is much discussion and outrage about the structural flaws in our current democratic process, in the global economy, and in our dealing with environmental issues. These flaws in process and basic humanity impact us all. Realizations such as these are occurring en masse all over the world. It is a sign of our collective awakening and the beginning of real change.  As we process through these developmental stages, I encourage each of you to not lose heart. Our fears only support those that do not wish humanity to evolve beyond what has been. Despite outward appearances and the distortions of the Truth that we are still fed - humanity has  already chosen Rebirth. Our  individual and collective job is to hold the space in our hearts for greater Love to enter and to exercise that Love in all of our choices.

Our experiences this year has prompted us to question life on a deeper level. Many of us have asked: "Why am I here?", or "What is the purpose of life?" These questions typically arise when we are frustrated or are done with an aspect of our lives. In truth, these questions come from the Soul's desire  to evolve. I am encouraged to share this gentle reminder: Every experience that we have offers us the opportunity to align with our True Selves (Authentic Self) and un-tether ourselves from the story of fear and separation that we were sold. 
   
December is another  in the series of transformative months. The new moon in Sagittarius occurs on Dec 11th. The energies leading up to this new moon make us all a little sensitive. Be aware of your actions and responses.  This new moon asks that we examine and refine our perspectives so that what we begin honors the truth of who we are. Through  Dec 16th, we have opportunities to work with  the old patterns of thought and behavior that over-ride our best selves. Each of us are encouraged to be aware of our ego selves, be open to new learning,  adapt to change, and to surrender resistance, fear, and the need to control circumstances. Take some time to breathe, to recognize,  and to honor the ways that you have grown thus far. Transformation and personal growth are not a race. There is no finish line nor can we skip steps along the way.  Evolution is an ongoing process.  It is humanity's  greatest endeavor -  beautiful, sometimes frightening, transformative,  and empowering.  Honor this truth. It will put you in touch with the Grace and the Light of the Present Moment. 
 
We greet the beautiful Cancer Full Moon on Christmas Day at 11:11!  Cancer teaches us the value of true connections, introspection, and to cherish the Good in our lives. We are encouraged to face anything that keeps us from feeling connected to our hearts.  At this Christmas full moon, the Divine Mother stands with our maternal ancestors to mid-wife our rebirth. We are reminded that each of us come from Light and are Light Eternal.

Holiday Spirit Gallery at the Solstice: An Eve of Messages from Your Loved Ones & Angels

The holiday season is a time for family and friends to gather, to give gratitude for the gifts of Love that we share, and for us to create new memories to cherish in our hearts. But the holidays can also be poignant as we often feel a loved one's absence more or we face feelings of our being alone. November was a busy travel and local event month.  My trips to NYC and Maine were fantastic.  It is good to be home to welcome in the holiday season. For January, we are working on  several exciting projects.  Stay tuned for online class announcements and the launch of my new online marketplace  (healing mists and bath salts).

December is a perfect time for a private session to look at your year ahead! I am offering a Special 12 month Personal Energy Reading which will provide insight and guidance on how to best utilize your energies and manifest your aspirations for 2016. I hope that each of you take some time  every day this holiday season to be quiet and reconnect to yourself. Our energy and  our nerves get frayed because we  allow ourselves to respond to every pull on our attention. We are encouraged to slow down our reactions and choose what receives our energy. Pause to breathe in deeply of life force energy. Pause to honor the Good in your life and to recognize the Beauty, Love, & Light that is You.
