I am inspired to share a brief energy update with you in response to many queries about the challenges and energy surges that we are processing through. When I first sat with the questions, I immediately felt that we were traveling through Fire. My mind immediately went to the tragedies of the Indonesian plane crash, the recent explosions in China and Bangkok, the brush fires out west, and the global fires of passion for justice (those expressed in balance and imbalance). I was encouraged to dive deeper and found traces of our individual emotional eruptions. These were shown to me as the wounded places that still require healing; the doubts, fears, resentments and grievances that we hold onto; and the Truths that we have not faced. We must let go of our wounds or become them.
More importantly, these eruptions were shown to me as golden opportunities for healing as I saw them transmuted in the Fire. Fire, when understood, is the energy of transmutation - of rebirth. On a material level, it is energy. On an emotional level, it is passion and dreams. On a mental level, it is intellectual power. Spiritually, it is transcendence above the mundane and wisdom earned. Each of us are awakening to the Fire of Truth that burns within us.
How, then, do we work with Fire in the present moment? Many of us are questioning our worth and our purpose or feel generally disillusioned by the intensity of this cycle. Firstly, we are asked to realize that our emotions are burning hot like fire so we may lose some perspective in the smoke. Then, we are asked to take a step back from our emotions to adjust our vision. Looking at your life right now - can you see a change that is occurring? How do you feel about it? Are you resisting it? What would help you to open to the change? Some of us may feel the desire to instigate a change. Apply the same questions to that process too. We forget that all change causes stress. This applies to the changes that we classify as good, as well. Individually and collectively, we are asked to grow beyond the old paradigms and to make different choices. It is the Fire that sheds Light on our fears and the things we seek to avoid. Over the next weeks, we are asked to see what is not working in our lives, act upon what we have learned about ourselves, and commit to breaking the habits that sabotage our Potential. Allow the energy of Fire to cut through any confusion and illuminate a new path. The Fire may have initially appeared to limit us, but we may find that it was redirecting us to a new path and clearing ground for new growth.
