Stand up, lend a hand, take action!
On Friday, June 21, volunteers across the country will participate in the national United Way Day of Action. Day of Action is hosted on a single day in an effort to recognize the passion, expertise and resources committed people bring every day to build a better life for all.

On this year's Day of Action,
United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey in Atlantic County will rebuild a fitness trail on Brigantine Beach that was destoyed by Hurricane Sandy; re-organize a food pantry at Career Opportunity Development Inc.; revamp Family Service Association's thrift shop and help organize donations at The Women's Center.

It's not too late to get involved, contact Amanda McGowan at 609-404-4483 ext 12 or amcgowan@uwgpsnj.org
