Over 200 mental health professionals, advocates, family members and supporters spoke up for Texas children's mental health care at the One in Five Minds Launch in 2013, and then our Liza Long event later that year. Our next One in Five Minds event, on February 25, will celebrate the one year anniversary of the advocacy campaign, and continue the conversation.  Justice Luz Elena Chapa will deliver the keynote address at this special event. She will be joined by The Texas Tribune Editor in Chief and CEO, Evan Smith, as moderator of a special panel discussion - A Forum on Mental Health Care Funding for Texas Children. The panel will be followed by an open Question and Answer segment.
