Langwater Farm "CSA" returns to farmers' market
Even as the next snowstorm approaches, spring is just around the corner, with the Ashmont/Peabody Square Farmers' Market to follow soon! One of the favorite features of the market is the "CSA" (community supported agriculture) shares offered by Langwater Farm, a certified organic farm in North Easton.
With a CSA, a consumer buys a share in the farm's harvest - helping the farm to fund its operations, and ensuring a supply of tasty food every week throughout the market season. The Boston Home Center is presenting a free Housing Expo on Saturday, March 23, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., at the BCYF Perkins Community Center, 155 Talbot Ave.
