A Message From Your ACHE of Massachusetts President
Dear ACHE of Massachusetts Colleagues,
What a turnout we had at our Fall Conference on November 5th! There were 270 attendees at The Value Imperative: Delivering Better, More Efficient, and More Affordable Care in Today's Environment. One of our goals for 2013-14 is to provide program diversity across the entire healthcare continuum. This conference met this goal with our diverse line-up of speakers. If you were unable to attend, Ken Kaufman and Mike Irwin's presentations can be found on our website under past events.
Be sure to mark your calendar for the 2014 Congress on Healthcare Leadership to be held March 24-27 in Chicago, IL. ACHE's Congress on Healthcare Leadership provides you the best in professional development, exceptional opportunities to network with and learn from peers, and the latest information to enhance your career and address your organization's challenges in innovative ways. Nearly 4,000 healthcare leaders attended the 2013 Congress. Join us in 2014 and experience the energy of an event that draws the top healthcare leaders from across the world! Take a few minutes to update your ACHE profile and add any volunteer work you have participated in so you can obtain points towards the yearly Service Awards. ACHE of MA recognized Andrea Paciello, FACHE, Jean Ahun, FACHE and Richard Palmisano, FACHE at our Fall Conference for their ACHE service.
Happy Holidays to all of you and we look forward to your participation in our events or committees in 2014.
Trish Hannon, RN, MBA, FACHE
