Spring Break
This is Spring Break week for Summit Christian Academy. Joshua and I celebrated Spring Break on Tuesday morning by getting our sleds and going to Sugar House Park to sled down their big hill. The snow started shortly before we arrived. About four inches fell while we were there. Then, two hours later, it had almost completely melted. We had time to sled for just over an hour, and now it's all gone!
In some respects, this snowstorm's quick appearance and subsequent disappearance reminds me of life. Life is just a flash in the pan, or a blip on the radar. I'm thankful that the God who made the snow has come up with a plan to extend our lives throughout eternity. Instead of a moment, we have an eternity.
Joshua, Laurella, and I are traveling this week to California to visit Laurella's parents. Then we will spend a few days at the West Point of Evangelism conference. We will be praying for you while we are gone.
