Our Next Gen Pathfinder team, as a first place team in the Conference level competition in Reno, has qualified them to continue on to the Union level competition in Fresno on March 19.
However, it has been too short a notice for fund-raising to help with the sudden & expensive travel costs. Therefore, this Sabbath (Kid's Church) there will be a special offering to help our kids and their chaperones get to this very inconvenient city (from SLC, that is). The Wasatch Hills Church Board has offered up to a $500.00 match for funds that come in. Approximately $3,000.00 is needed for travel, hotel & food expenses due to the short time-frame and travel options to get there and back in a timely manner.
They appreciate any help we can give them! They are giving their best.
