Two Cats
Need a
Temporary
Home
John & Amy Miller have moved from their home into an apartment in what they hope is a temporary situation.  They have two cats that need a temporary home as they are not able to keep them until they are better situated. They are outside cats.  If you are able to help, please reply to secretary@wasatchhills and the message will be given to the Millers.

'UNPACKING PARTY'
 
Come join us for an "Unpacking boxes" party this Saturday night at 5:30 PM at Brenda and Lee's new house. We will be eating soup, salad, and bread together, so please bring a dish if possible. Their new address is
3281 W. Blue Springs Lane (148500 S.) Bluffdale. 
Directions:
Bangerter to 2700 W.
South to 144000 S.
West to 3200 W.
South to approx. 146500 S.
Turn west through gates onto Boulden Blvd.,
Turn left on Hobble Creek Dr.
Take either street at the round about until Blue Springs Lane
 
KID TO KID COAT DRIVE
Drop-off Deadline is this Sabbath, Nov. 14
PNG (Pathfinders Next Generation) are collecting gently used children's clothing and coats for a kid to kid outreach project. Clothing will be given to refugee children the second Sabbath of November. Especially needed are coats and warm clothes for the upcoming winter months as many of the refugee families come from warmer climates.  Teen and small adult sizes are also needed. Please drop off your donations in the Earliteen room by November 14. PNG is partnering with Central Church in their ministry to refugee families for this project as well as ICOR.
OPERATION SHOE BOXES

 Our goal is to collect at least 100 shoe boxes filled with gifts to give a child in a third world country. You can use a different shoe box if you would like. Thanksgiving Day Dinner
No plans for Thanksgiving dinner? You are invited to join some of your church family for a lovely dinner and some enjoyable company on Thanksgiving day at 3 pm. Please RSVP to brenda@wasatchhills.org or call the church office at 801-484-4331 if you are coming. Depending on how many are coming, the location will either be at the church or at the Sufficools house in Taylorsville.

Sabbath after Thanksgiving potluck
If you are having a houseful of guests Thanksgiving weekend, and would like to make Sabbath lunch a little easier, you are welcome to stay for lunch.  It is a potluck, so bring your extra food or favorite Thanksgiving dish.  Clean-up is on us!
