Sabbath: 9:30am-12:30pm SS & Church 7:00pm Vespers
Special youth activities will be held throughout the weekend
You will need to provide your own meals
(However, there will be food for sale for 3 meals by the Adventist Youth Federation. More details forthcoming)
Bring your own camp chairs to the meetings Reservations required for those seeking lodges or wanting to camp. Fees are as follows and are for the weekend, not per night:
$30.00 campsite (1st come, 1st serve as to location)
$50.00 RV spot with hook-ups (very limited. If hook-ups full, RV's may use a 'camping' spot for $30.00)
Lodges:
$100.00 1-2 person room, shared lodge bathroom
$120.00 4-6 person room, shared lodge bathroom
$15.00 single bed in a shared room
After arranging your reservation with Jackie Yanez (# below), she will instruct you to send in a check to Wasatch Hills Church in the correct amount.
If these accommodations do not fit your needs, there are hotels and additional campgrounds nearby

VBS PREPARATION INFORMATION

Crew Leaders Still Needed for VBS!: We are looking for a couple more adults to help us out at Vacation Bible School next week each evening from 5:30-8:30 pm. If you could help us out, we would really be grateful! Crew leaders are the ones who lead a group of kids through the evening's stations. They get to participate in fun activities while building relationships with a group of 3-5 kids. It requires no outside prep or work, just showing up with a friendly smile and some enthusiasm. VBS Decorating Day, June 21---1:30-6:00 or until finished: Treat Dad extra special Sunday morning and then come join us for an afternoon of decorating fun while we transform the church into an Everest wonderland! Come and leave when you want. NEW: No Snack Session during VBS: Due to the supper right before VBS, and the difficult logistics of providing both supper and snack, it has been decided that there will not be a "snack time," but that the much-needed time will be shared with the rest of the VBS program. Please plan to eat supper with us or have your children eat before VBS begins. Thank you.
