Our guest speaker will brief us on the health and aging services programs supported by the Atlanta Regional Commission.

 

Free diabetes prevention and self-management education materials will be available to community members, health advocates, and health care providers who attend. 

 

We will also have handouts on finding free in-person assistance to enroll in the Health Insurance Marketplace, on saving money with medications and diabetes supplies, and on the resources for the uninsured in Metro Atlanta.
