 Welcome to the January edition of Kidney Chronicles,  our monthly eNewsletter designed to provide helpful articles to ESRD patients as healthcare consumers.

 

Kidney Chronicles, is a two-page, printable PDF in  English or Spanish. In 2015, the Network will be working with provider staff and patients to promote the BEST POSSIBLE vascular access for dialysis. You will be seeing more information on Fistulas/Grafts and AV Catheters in the upcoming months, and if you would like to volunteer to be a patient Subject Matter Expert for vascular access, please let us know by sending an e-mail to info@nw2.esrd.net.
