As part of our work to increase AV Fistula Rates and Reduce Long Term Catheter Rates, we will be sending out resources to assist you in working with your staff and patients to meet the 2014 CMS Vascular Access Goals.

  • Does your staff need inservice education on Vascular Access?
  • Do you want to offer FREE CE to your technicians?
  • Is your facility participating in the 5 Diamond Program?

The National 5 Diamond Program has FREE education modules on Vascular Access.  If the materials are presented by an RN, your Techs can recieve CE credit.  

 

Each facility MUST register to have access to the education materials.

Each module also has patient education handouts.
