Winter Storm Watch:   
The ESRD Network of New York is tracking Winter Storm Titan which is scheduled to hit New York State beginning Sunday Night through Tuesday.

Report and UPDATE Status:
If you have already notified the Network and the State DOH of any closures, please remember to notify with any additional or updated schedule changes or issues due to the storm.

 
If your facility is forced to or plans to close due to any emergency, you MUST contact: both the Network (below) and the NY State Department of Health (NYPORTS)
