Important Reminders

No longer providing citywide parking vouchers

No More Parking Vouchers  - Until further notice, Yale Fleet will not be able to provide two-hour parking vouchers.  The City of New Haven has temporarily run out of these and could not provide us a date when they will have more.

This issue may affect the future availability of one-hour parking vouchers.  As of today, we still are able to provide those.  We will let you know when the 2-hour vouchers will again be available.  Please contact Yale Fleet if you have any questions.

FleetFocus Update - More Frequent Reporting

Fuel Consumption Reports Now Available Weekly

Beginning the week of July 8, fuel information for departmental vehicles will be available on a weekly basis through FleetFocus.  Each week Wright Expess will download fuel data from the previous week. For instance, fuel reporting printed on July 8 will be posted gas transactions from July 1 through July 7.  Wright Express may not always get the numbers from the fueling stations immediately. So there could be a delay on some transactions. But it should not be more than one week lag time.

Users can contact Yale Fleet if they have questions or need further information.

Frequently Asked Question
What do I do if the gas card does not work at the gas station?

When a gas card does not work at the station, it is usually due to entering the wrong PIN code.  If you are uncertain whether the correct code is being used or if you forgot your code please contact Fleet Management at 203 432-2285. We will be able to give you your PIN code.  If you are sure you are entering the correct information, please call Fleet Management and we will assist in finding out why the card is not working.

If no one answers at 203-432-2285, please call 203-997-1105.  If you can't in touch with us and need to fill up, please use your personal card and then submit the receipt for reimbursement.  If not and you can wait to fill up, we will do our best to ensure the transaction is processed.

Rules of the Road
Buckle up!

Each year about 33,000 people are killed in motor vehicle crashes.  With 45 to 60 percent effectiveness, seat belts are the single most effective means of reducing the risk of death in a crash and have saved more than 250,000 lives since 1975 in the U.S. alone.

Buckling up is the most important safety measure you can take to protect yourself and your passengers, and greatly reduces the risk of being hrown from the vehicle during a crash.

So remember,buckle up for safety!
