Monthly Fuel Charges Reporting Review Requested
Dear Department Fleet Coordinators,
A recent internal review of Yale fuel cards and driver PIN numbers, resulted in the discovery of some inconsistencies.
As a reminder, all department Fleet Coordinators are responsible for checking their unit's monthly fuel charges. This can be done by logging into your FleetFocus profile, going to the "vehicle query tab," and clicking on "departmental fuel report."
We ask that you review and verify your department's fuel charging information, looking especially for questionable transactions on weekends, holidays, after hours, and multiple daily fill-ups. Please contact Fleet Management immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Departments are also reminded to inform their drivers that gas PIN numbers should not be shared.
