The VBA Salutes 2015's
'Influential Women of Virginia'    

Members of The Virginia Bar Association continue to be recognized as leaders across the Commonwealth. We are proud to salute ten members who have been named "Influential Women of Virginia" by Virginia Lawyers Media, which publishes Virginia Lawyers Weekly. Last evening, the entire class of 2015 was celebrated at a dinner and special ceremony hosted by Virginia Lawyers Media. Included among the honorees was Nupur Bal, the current Chair of our Young Lawyers Division.

 

It is not a surprise that the VBA is so well represented. The "Influential Women of Virginia" program pays tribute to women from all fields who make "notable contributions to their chosen professions, their communities and society at large." This description corresponds closely with our VBA core values: Advocacy, Professionalism, Service, and Collegiality.
