Dear UALR Student,
The fall semester is almost over as final grades post on Friday. For many of you this is the last semester of your degree. Congratulations! For those of us returning in the spring, the holidays are a time to rest and rejuvenate our brains. Take the time to read for fun and relaxation. Don't let potential holiday stress take away from your accomplishments, past and future. If you need anything over the holidays, I will be here except when campus is closed. We have many events coming up in the spring for you and your families. Check out the line up here!

Graduating with Honors!


Mary Babineau, a non-traditional student, is graduating with honors-Cum Laude-next week. Mary has worked for UALR in Student Accounts for 10 years. She earned her BA in Criminal Justice with a Sociology minor. We are very proud of her! Please stop by and tell her congrats!

Donaghey Scholars Honors Program
There is no single profile of a Donaghey Scholar. The Program values diversity among the students. Students may enter the Program as first-year college students, transfer students, or current UALR students. Non-traditional and international students are encouraged to apply also. Donaghey scholars receive the university's most generous financial package!
Priority application deadline is February 1, but applications are accepted through March 1.
