Thursday

*Early arrival jet-boaters can leave their stuff with the Bell Desk and check into their rooms when they return from Pirate Cove.
*Boaters should be down on the dock before 12:00 noon if you prefer taking the boat to swimming down-river under your own power :)
*The majority of our guests come in today, so PLEASE pack a dose of patience (and grab a cocktail) if there's a bit of a wait to check-in at the AVI front desk.
*PTTW event registration is in the pre-function area of the Ballroom, which is located in the Convention Center.
*Thursday night is free beer night at the pool with your credentials!
*Also Thursday night - break out your bestest Hawaiian fugly attire as we jam poolside with the Calypso Nuts from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

Friday

*PTTW event registration is in the pre-function area of the Ballroom, which is located in the Convention Center.
*Kayakers and Tubers, be down in the lobby before 11:00 AM to catch your ride up-river. Kayakers can expect to be back around 2:30 PM and Tubers at 3:30 PM.
*Poolside music runs 11:00 AM - 4:45 PM. Ballroom music starts at 7:00 PM and runs until 1:00 AM.
*It's Toga night!!! Let's Shout! Shout! Shout! Shout! first with Tall Daddy and the Pool Toys followed by Stars on the Water!!!

Saturday

*The Bags tourney blind draw is 11:50 AM and play starts at 12:00 noon.
*The Slots tourney is FREE with your AVI Card.
*Poolside music runs 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Ballroom music starts at 7:00 PM and runs until 1:00 AM.
*It's time to Reggae by the River all night long with the Calypso Nits and then Ramajay Intercoastal!!!
*Watch for announcements on the timing of the Silent and Live Auctions.

Sunday

*12:00 - 5:00 - Songwriter's Showcase poolside and safe travels home - hope to see you next year!
