Some Answers to the FAQs We Have Been Getting

Coolers in the Hotel are OK, but there are absolutely NO coolers allowed by the pool! You cannot bring in booze or beer either! WARNING...the AVI security has cameras all around the pool area and they don't miss a trick. And please, no glass by the pool either.

For those coming in early on Thursday for the Jet Boat / Pirate Cove adventure, if your room isn't ready, leave your luggage with the Bellman and get down to the Fuel Dock by Noon! We shove off for Pirate's Cove at Noon sharp - please be courteous to your other jet boat adventurers and do not be late.

Also, for those on the Jet Boat ride, you will get a wrist band to wear so that the Pirate Cove staff will know that you are with the PTTW group and that you get the special prices. For the Boat return, we will be leaving back to the AVI at around 4:00PM. For those just coming to party, you will get your wristbands at Pirate Cove.

Thursday night back at the AVI, when you come down to the pool to party with the Calypso Nuts, you can get your credentials by the gate for the Free Beer and special drink prices. You can then go to Registration on Friday and get your Goodie Bags. For those of you who are flying in, make sure to save space in your luggage to get your stuff home.

Sign up for your free AVI Advantage Card! The sign-up desk is located by the cage. You need the card to get free coffee in the Feather's Café if you are a Veteran, and they also have the $2.99 Ham & Egg breakfast. You can also get some gambling money and other goodies, so sign up! Use the card when you gamble and collect redeemable points.

There is a free PTTW slot tournament on Saturday. Just show up between 1000 AM and Noon and have your credentials with you.

You will get a laminated all-inclusive schedule at registration so that you know where you should be or maybe where you want to be or where you should have been. It may help...LOL!!!

Our event registration will be located in the pre-function area of the Ballroom, which is located in the Conference Center. It will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday and Friday, and then it will be open again from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You need to stop here get your credentials and your goodies!!
