     Rhinoplasty (nose surgery) is by far the most common procedure requested by men.  Almost all have functional/breathing issues and the most common cosmetic nasal request is to straighten a crooked nose and remove a dorsal hump.  Patients not only look better, but breathe and feel better too.

     Aside from Botox and Fillers, which are becoming more popular and common for men, the next most common surgical procedure is blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery.  This can treat the upper eyelid excess skin and those bags or dark circles under the eyes to give a more refreshed, rested, and youthful appearance.
