Changing the perception of media training

When people hear the phrase "media training," it can stir up emotions of dread, boredom and even anxiety. At Goff Public, we are working to change that perception, because we believe the media is a topic that is exciting and accessible to everyone.

Our company has trained thousands of spokespeople on how to effectively work with the media. We are consistently told that our presentations are engaging, relevant and even fun. We work hard to make sure that each session is entertaining, current, industry-specific, and full of examples of what - and what not - to do. Does your organization need a refresher on how to work with the media in our constantly-evolving world of communications? If so, contact Jennifer Hellman today.

The power of a press release

A well-written press release has never been more important. Why? Because Google recently announced that it will categorize company press releases and statements as news content in its search engine. Google wants users to find what they are searching for as quickly as possible - and that might be in the form of a press release.

Making news

Every day Goff Public works with our clients behind the scenes on stories that make news. Here are some of the headlines we helped make happen in the past month.

Visit Lowertown

Lowertown has some exciting new additions this summer - and we are not just talking Saints baseball. We are excited to check out new restaurants Big River Pizza, which opens in the Farmer's Market Lofts this summer, and Ox Cart Ale House, which opens in May in the Lowertown Garage building on the corner of Sixth and Wall streets. Additionally, Heartland Restaurant's new wine bar will open in time for the inaugural season at CHS Field in May.
