Billie Ann Askue-Troha has been promoted from Manager of TPA Services to National Manager of TPA Sales Operations. In her new role she will be responsible for developing sales support and managing our TPA sales and service staff. This will include implementing ASO groups and managing stop loss responsibilities.

Stephen Compton has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager, after working as our Self-Funded Coordinator since June 2014.  His territory is wide --- from Texarkana to Jonesboro. Stephen brings a wealth of benefits experience and is eager to work with you on all group products. 

 

Karyn Langley has been promoted to ASO Account Manager. She will primarily be working with self-funded groups as we continue to grow in this area. She will also continue to manage the Federal Employees and ARBenefits Retiree groups. 

 

Darrell Bartlett has been promoted to Senior Account Service Representative (ASR). He will be the lead ASR for Level Funding and will continue to manage his current block of business. Darrell's experience working with self-funded plans will be a great asset.

 

Suzanne Wilsey has been promoted from Sales Intake Coordinator to Individual Products Regional Sales Manager. In her previous position, she earned the trust and confidence of our brokers serving this market and is a great addition to our sales team!
