Greetings!

  
If you thought about going to the Latin American Fiesta but didn't get around to buying the tickets, it's not too late! ACC needs everyone to make a HUGE EFFORT, inviting friends and family to ensure we have a full house on the 11th.
 
Also, there are still tickets available for the ACC Raffle: the draw has been postponed for until the 1st of June to allow more people to get involved.
 
 Please consider participating in one or both of these events to raise funds for a great cause! Full details below.

Adoption issues

 
 Jeremy Sammut is a researcher at The Centre for Independent Studies. He is an expert in child protection policies and, in the lead-up to the national apology on forced adoptions, published a report on the implications for child protection policy in Australia.

Latin American Fiesta
 

 

11th May @ Massey Park Golf Club, Ian Parade, Concord


A night of Latin fun, food and music for a great cause. Superb buffet dinner and live Colombian band. Drinks available for purchase from the bar. There will be games and raffles to aid our fundraising.

ACC Raffle
 

The ACC Raffle raises funds to support children in orphanages in Bolivia, Colombia and India (and gives you the chance to win up to $1000!) Tickets are $20 but only 200 will be sold in total and prizes will be drawn on 1st June

You can obtain individual tickets or books of five to sell by emailing Charlie at info@accau.org.

ACC Playgroup
 

 The ACC Playgroup meets once a month. You can find full details and the events calendar for the rest of the year on the ACC website.

 


Mid Year Lunch

  

Date: Sunday, 23rd June 2013 

Time: 11.00 am to 3.00 pm (lunch will start at 12 noon)

 

Location: Villa Maria Church Hall, Mary St, Hunters Hill

 

Cost: $20 per adult, $10 per child - including Sausage Sizzle lunch. (BYO Drinks.)

 

RSVP: 10th June. Prebooking is essential: download your booking form here.  

Volunteers will be needed on the day.

 

Please consider making a donation to ACC, and bringing a gift for the children in the orphanages. (These are sent with families when they travel).
