Volunteers Need For Annual Memorial Day Placing!
Dear Army's Army Members and Partners,
We need your help! Next Friday, May 24th at 11:00 a.m. we will be kicking off our annual flag placing, beginning at Lafayette Memorial Park. As a way of saying thank you to all veterans who are no longer with us, we will be placing 2000 American flags at the entrances of 13 Cumberland County cemeteries.
We’ve been doing this tribute since 2006, on both Veterans Day and Memorial Day, and would love to have some volunteers join us this year.
