AROUND THE CORNER! REGISTER TO RIDE OR VOLUNTEER TO
HELP.

On May 18th, the Army's Army and Cross Creek Cycling Club will
host the 2nd annual Ride To Honor, a 34 and 61 mile bicycle
ride to raise money for and help further our mission of
supporting soldiers, veterans and their families.
The event is part of Fayetteville's 31 Day Salute, a

CHILDREN OF THE
FALLEN™ PLANT MEMORIAL TREE FOR FALLEN
HEROES ON ARBOR DAY!

On March 15th, children of fallen soldiers and
their families were given the opportunity to plant a memorial
tree in recognition of Arbor Day and in honor of their fallen
heroes.
The event was hosted by the Army's Army, in
partnership with Cape Fear Botanical Garden, the City of
Fayetteville Joint Appearance Commission, Cardinal Landscaping,
the NC Forestry Foundation, and Fayetteville Public Works.
The children also got to make their own paper
flower pots, plant special sunflower seeds and take home gift
bags.

SONIC FUNDRAISER THANKS OUR MILITARY!

Thanks again to everyone who came out to show their support for
the military by eating at Sonic on, March 4th and
18th. A portion of the proceeds from those evenings were
donated to the Army's Army to help further our mission of
supporting soldiers, veterans and their families.
If you weren't able to make it last time, you'll
have another opportunity on Monday, April, 8th and 22nd.
