CHILDREN OF THE FALLEN™ PLANT MEMORIAL TREE FOR FALLEN HEROES ON ARBOR DAY!

Fazoli's Event

On March 15th, children of fallen soldiers and their families were given the opportunity to plant a memorial tree in recognition of Arbor Day and in honor of their fallen heroes.

The event was hosted by the Army's Army, in partnership with Cape Fear Botanical Garden, the City of Fayetteville Joint Appearance Commission, Cardinal Landscaping, the NC Forestry Foundation, and Fayetteville Public Works.

The children also got to make their own paper flower pots, plant special sunflower seeds and take home gift bags.

SONIC FUNDRAISER THANKS OUR MILITARY!

Thanks again to everyone who came out to show their support for the military by eating at Sonic on, March 4th and 18th. A portion of the proceeds from those evenings were donated to the Army's Army to help further our mission of supporting soldiers, veterans and their families.

If you weren't able to make it last time, you'll have another opportunity on Monday, April, 8th and 22nd.

  1. Volunteer your time.

Attend an Army's Army event. All volunteer opportunities are sent to your inbox via Army's Army e-blasts. To learn more about our events, visit BriefFromTheFront to see what we are doing.

  2. Recruit your friends.

Do your friends know about the Army's Army? If they are interested in supporting military families, we could use their help. Ask them to go to www.armysarmy.com to sign up and become a member.

  3. Donate.

Every month, the Army's Army organizes events and fundraisers for our troops. Most of our operating costs comes from donations. If you could so kindly help out via PayPal, it would go a long way. The Army's Army is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
