ARMY'S ARMY HAPPENINGS
The Army's Army would like to wish everyone a
Happy New Year!
HEROES THANK YOU
During the week of December 10th, the Army's Army paired with
Cumberland County Schools to say "Thank You" to our heroes.
Elementary, middle, and high school students from 15 different
schools across Cumberland County made more than 5,000 handmade
cards that were delivered by the Army's Army to veterans and
service members.
To showcase these wonderful holiday cards, the Army's Army
created a website, www.heroesthankyou.org in which users can
view each card and share them with friends and family they'd
like to say thank you to.
Over the holidays people were busy sharing our efforts of
giving thanks.

Thanks For Supporting Our
Military!
We would like to thank everyone who came out to show their
support for the military by eating at Sonic on
Monday, December 3rd and Monday, December 17th.
A portion of the proceeds from both evenings was donated to the
Army's Army to help further our mission of supporting soldiers,
veterans and their families.
Sonic will be hosting fundraisers for the Army's Army twice a
month, so if you weren't able to make it last time, you'll have
another opportunity on Monday, January, 7th and 21st.
SOLDIERS SAY 'THANKS AGAIN' FOR DINING AT FAZOLI'S!
We would like to thank everyone who came out on Friday,
December 28th to eat at Fazoli's and show their support for
the military.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Army's Army to
help further our mission of supporting soldiers, veterans and
their families.
Fazoli's and the Army's Army will be teaming up once a month,
so if you missed this one, stay tuned for the next one on
Friday, January 28th . And, as always, we would like to thank
Fazoli's for their continued support. |
