Dear Army's Army Partners and Members,
Thank you for your continued commitment to our community! The Army's Army is extremely excited about this weekend because our community's military support will be broadcast to the world. As you all know, earlier this summer Extreme Makeover: Home Edition revealed a brand new home for Navy vet Barbara Marshall and her family. Now, the rest of the country will finally get to see why Fayetteville is a model military community.We are so thankful and proud of our partners and members for joining forces for this amazing effort.
We are thrilled that Extreme has selected the Fayetteville episode to kick-off its ninth season with a two-hour season premier this Sunday, September 25th at 7:00 p.m., ET on ABC. Don't forget to watch and see our community in action.
So many of you donated your time, energy and resources to the build and help make it possible. This Sunday you will witness how an Army of citizens and businesses came together to pull off what some people might consider a miracle. But to our community, we know this is just a part of what we do, "watching over those who watch over usİ."
Local ABC affiliate, WTVD 11, will air a behind-the-scenes special on Friday, September 23 at 7:30 p.m. The 30-minute feature will highlight community and volunteer involvement and will give viewers an exclusive look at what goes on when Extreme’s cameras aren’t rolling.
